RECRUIT TRAINING CENTRE, DEOLI -II(RAJASTHAN)

This RTC came into existence on 02.04.1988 at a place called Sidhabari in West Bengal, but owing to lack of infrastructural facilities and inadequate land, the same was shifted to Deoli on 04.09.2002 temporarily. This RTC provides basic training to Recruits and also promotion cadre courses upto the rank of ASI/Exe. This RTC has also been also earmarked for specialised courses like VIP Security Training, Evasive & Defensive Driving Course & BDDS Refresher Course. This RTC is likely to be shifted at Anantpur, Alwar (Rajasthan) shortly where 126 acres of land has been acquired by CISF.

This RTC is headed by an officer of the rank of Additional Deputy Inspector General. This RTC is having a training capacity of 500 trainees at any given time.
